I think eating a good breakfast and going to bed earlier(before 11pm) are useful to me. According to some books, that can enhance my metabolic rate, so that my body will consume more calories instead of keeping them. If I feel like to eat high caloried or garbage food sometimes, I'll eat them only during daytime. I have ever tryied to resist them, however that made me eaten more eventually.

First of all, sorry for my slow reply. As you know, I'm in England visiting family at the moment. I will be back in Taiwan on July 7.
Regarding your eating habits, I think eating a nutritious breakfast and going to bed early is excellent advice.
In addition to that, I don't think we should eat again after our last meal of the evening, certainly not just before we go to bed. However, I'm sure many people would disagree with this.
